After much thoughtful consideration, Westville Tri Kappa has made the decision to modify the Westville Pumpkin Festival for 2020. Due to the COVID19 crisis we will not be having vendors or entertainment this year. We have planned events that will allow us to follow CDC, state and local guidelines, while maintaining social distancing and ensuring the safety of our members and community.
While we realize this is an important event for our vendors, community and Westville Tri Kappa, the safety of the public is our priority. With safety in mind, two of our favorite events are still being planned, our pumpkin baked goods sale and the Pumpkin Festival 5k run/walk.
To ensure minimal contact pumpkin baked goods will be presold with curbside pickup.
The 5k walk/run will also be modified to ensure everyone’s safety. Other events include a cash raffle and Port-A-Pit BBQ, which will also be presold with curbside pickup.
All details for these events can be found at www.westvillepumpkinfestival.com and on Facebook. You must register online for the 5K run/walk.
Preorders for the pumpkin baked goods and Port-A-Pit chicken and pork chops are also on our website.  Preorders are due by September 18th, so preorder to ensure you get your favorite items.
Raffle tickets can be purchased from any Westville Tri Kappa member. Raffle tickets are $1, $400 in prizes will be awarded.
All events will be held on Saturday October 3rd. Westville Tri Kappa looks forward to our 2020 version of Pumpkin Festival and returning all proceeds back into our community.  The Westville Pumpkin Festival has been in existence for 29 years and Westville Tri Kappa is currently the sole operator.      Tri Kappa is a philanthropic organization in the state of Indiana that promotes Education, Culture and Charity in our community and state. Westville Tri Kappa would like to thank our generous 2020 supporters and our community for their support. Thanks to our community and our corporate sponsors for making this event possible.
